PRELIMINARY INSPECTIONS

There are no preliminary site inspections for fence posts and piers prior to project assigned start date.  However, for larger projects such as fence and deck installations an onsite quote will be provided.

Site preparation including trimming of grass, shrubs, bushes, access to water and electrical, marking out of property lines, corner posts and gates needs to be completed prior to our arrival.  As a courtesy to our workers please ensure that pet waste is removed from the work area.

SITE REQUIREMENTS

​

Our standard equipment require a minimum of 34" clearance for access.  Work area must be accessible without stairs or additional charges and potential cancellation of the job will apply if not communicated before arrival. 

​

Locates through Ontario 1 Call must be completed and valid before the project starts.  We can order these for you through the site or you can supply them to us.  If digging is taking place near any private utilities, such as a pool or outbuilding, etc, a private locate will also be required.

Water and hydro access is required.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

​

Payment is due upon the day of project completion.
